Starting from the notion to give pleasure to the consumers and excelent quality, our firm has reorganized it technology : vineyard - wine making - bottle filler. Because the grapes are the starting point for quality wines, we emphasis the moment the grapes are gathered and preserved during transportation(boxes of 15 or 350 kg and transported at 10°C in refrigerating trucks). The vinification is achieved into a modern wine cellar (1.500.000 € investment) where we can process the grapes at the most favourable moment at their ripeness; furthermore, technological chain is developed so the integrity of grapes is preserved. Capacity: 3 500 t grapes (22 000hl) | Bottle filling instalation, acquired in 2003 and extended in 2005 by purchased of block (flushing and hood machine) with adjustable rhythm of 1000-3000 bottles/hour, ensuring all the hygiene and quality standards. |
